These terms explain the basic rules around website access, content use, and communication with PrimeEdge Creative.
Use of this website
By accessing this website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the website, the business, or other users.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the branding, text, graphics, portfolio items, and creative materials on this website belong to PrimeEdge Creative and may not be copied, republished, or reused without permission.
User submissions
If you submit a review, referral, booking request, enquiry, or any other information through the website, you agree that the information provided is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. You should only submit information you have the right to share.
Reviews and referrals
Review submissions are not guaranteed to appear publicly and may be approved, edited for formatting, delayed, or withheld at PrimeEdge Creative's discretion. Referral commissions are only payable on successful, completed projects, referrals must be new clients, the referred client must mention the referrer before the project starts, and any eligible payout is generally processed within 3 to 7 days.
Project enquiries and booking
Submitting a form, sending an email, or booking a session does not automatically create a client relationship. Project terms, scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables are agreed separately before work begins.
Admin access
The admin area is restricted to authorised PrimeEdge Creative management. Unauthorised access, attempted access, misuse of credentials, or interference with the admin system is prohibited.
External services and links
This website may link to or rely on third-party platforms such as social media, scheduling tools, payment-related systems, hosting providers, email delivery services, or database services. PrimeEdge Creative is not responsible for the policies, content, or availability of those external services.
Design Studio accounts and fair use
The Design Studio provides one designated starter template free to verified users. Every other template requires a paid credit. Creating additional accounts or manipulating device signals to bypass access controls is prohibited. We may restrict access where automated or repeated abuse is detected. Device checks reduce abuse but do not establish a person's legal identity.
Canva templates and payments
Template access is delivered through Canva, whose own terms and availability also apply. Canva links can be shared or copied after they are revealed, and PrimeEdge cannot technically control or watermark a file exported directly by Canva. Payment unlocks are confirmed only after Paystack verifies the transaction on our server. Duplicate or unsuccessful charges should be reported to PrimeEdge Creative with the Paystack reference.
No guarantees
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy at all times, referral eligibility in every case, or suitability for every specific use case.
